Palm Haven recently did a complete renovation on our 1400 sq ft unfinished basement and the end result is amazing! They kept us informed / answered our questions throughout every step of the process, were very detail oriented when doing trim / paint / flooring / etc, friendly, always left the work site clean at the end of the day, and addressed any of our concerns that came up along the way. We had one small issue with the new HVAC unit after the project was complete and they made time in their schedule to get it figured out and fixed right away! We met with Alijahe of Palm Haven NC to review some possible foundation work as well as multiple remodeling projects on a 1970s home. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He offered to return when the structural engineer came to assess the foundation damage so that he (Alijahe) could hear the report firsthand. Alijahe had already told us his diagnosis of the problem and it matched exactly what the structural engineer determined as well—a sure sign Alijahe knows his stuff!
